CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give a minimum of 48 hours notice, so we have the opportunity to book in another client.

Cancellation Fees:

All appointments (unless extreme circumstances) will still require payment if cancelled or missed within 24 hours. 

Some bookings will require payment in full before hand, such as a course of treatments.
