CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give a minimum of 48 hours notice, so we have the opportunity to book in another client.

Cancellation Fees:

If notice is not given for a cancellation/no show  there is a 30% fee when an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of a booking at Sycamore Beauty, and a 50% fee for a no show/cancellation on the day of the appointment.
