CANCELLATION POLICY

If you find it necessary to cancel your appointment, we would be grateful if you could give a minimum of 48 hours notice, so we have the opportunity to book in another client.

Cancellation Fees:

Appoinitments in a course of treatment (unless extreme circumstances) will be lost if cancelled or missed within 24 hours of an appointment booking.

All missed apponitments will incur a 50% payment fee if cancelled on the day. Some treatments will require (such as a course)  payment in full or 50% of the treatment total if over £80.
